A junction is where two or more things are joined and where they meet or intersect. At Toronto Christian Community Church, this series becomes the opportunity where people from different ages, backgrounds and beliefs come together to encounter the Word of God. It provides the forums for conversation between teens and parents, seekers and believers, young and mature so that we may walk together in this journey of life through the book of 1 Corinthians.

In the book of 1 Corinthians, Paul addresses the challenges of a church community that is divided because of the influences by the cultural norms of the society. Instead, Paul seeks to have the Gospel of Jesus Christ orient the church’s conduct and theology. Though our situation today may not be exactly the same as the Corinthian church, we can definitely learn from their experiences in connecting their faith and living as God intended. Junction is where faith and life intersect.
