Facilities and Venue Booking – We are switching to use the Church Center App for church-related facility booking requests. Please submit your request using this link.

All congregation bookings for personal use will be considered a rental and subject to rental fees. For ministry bookings, please clearly indicate the supervising pastor who provides direction and nurturing of this ministry. Please contact your lead pastor if you have any questions concerning the supervising pastor of a ministry.

A reminder to please park in the designated lots (highlighted in purple) to avoid having your car towed by the neighbouring buildings. Please refer to the diagram below.

Our Newcomers Small Group has transitioned into a new and exciting way to help people connect with our church family — the Connection Table.
Each Sunday, special tables will be reserved in the gym as a relaxed, welcoming space for anyone to meet others, build friendships, and grow together in community. Whether you’re new or have been attending for some time, we invite you to join us for fellowship and conversation.
If you are new, we encourage you to first stop by the Newcomers Welcome Booth to receive a special welcome gift, then come by the Connection Table to connect with others.
We look forward to getting to know you and helping everyone feel at home!

HR Department

The Executive Church Board has approved Rev. Wesley Lim’s sabbatical leave from April 1st to September 30th. During Rev. Wes’ sabbatical, please direct all Children’s Ministry inquiries to Deaconess Ella Wong at childrenministry@tccc.ca

In response to the spiritual growth of the children and the development of the ministry, following recruitment and selection, the Lord has guided two pastors to serve in children’s ministry: Pastor Emmy Chik from Cantonese congregation will assume the role of Pastor of Children’s Ministry beginning September 1st; Pastor Richard Qian of English congregation, whose internship period has ended, will assume the role of Pastor of Children’s Ministry on June 1st. Please direct all Children’s Ministry inquiries to Deaconess Ella Wong at childrenministry@tccc.ca. May the Lord protect and guide these two pastors in their new direction of ministry and bless this new milestone in children’s ministry.

Ordination News

You are cordially invited to the ordination of Pastor Johnny Ng on June 28th, at 2:30 pm. Reception will take place in the gym after the ceremony.

Administration Department
Please be informed that the project will commence soon and will be carried out in different zones. As the Gym and parts of the Sanctuary do not have suspended ceilings, construction work in these areas will generate dust and noise, making them unsuitable for activities during this period.
Due to the project’s nature and unpredictable weather, we may give less than a week’s notice for venue usage suspension. We appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Harry (facilities@tccc.ca).

Prayer

Pray for fruitful discussions for our Junction series and for our table talk leaders and attendees this month. Let’s lift up our high school students as they’re finishing up final exams and those who are graduating this month.

Mandarin Congregation

Pray for God’s guidance and wisdom during the pastoral team transition, for the successful formation and strengthening of the Mandarin Congregation Children’s Ministry Team, and for the July and August Sunday School ministries—including the Missional Disciples Book Club and Seekers’ Class—that participants would grow in their faith, be equipped as disciples, and be drawn closer to Christ.

Cantonese Congregation

Pray that God strengthens the new believers, helping them to understand His word and grow in their spiritual lives. Pray that the Holy Spirit will use Sunday school and the sermon series to help the congregation faithfully become disciples of the Lord. Pray that God will bless all public talks in June, so that both speakers and audiences may be edified.

105 Gibson

Pray for the Markham Fresh Food Market, that it will bless the community by providing access to affordable, fresh ingredients. Pray for the Bike Gospel Ministry Partnership, for their maintenance services and workshops to successfully support and equip families and residents with their commuting needs.
