Announcements

Facilities and Venue Booking – We are switching to use the Church Center App for church-related facility booking requests. Please submit your request using this link.

All congregation bookings for personal use will be considered a rental and subject to rental fees. For ministry bookings, please clearly indicate the supervising pastor who provides direction and nurturing of this ministry. Please contact your lead pastor if you have any questions concerning the supervising pastor of a ministry.

A reminder to please park in the designated lots (highlighted in purple) to avoid having your car towed by the neighbouring buildings. Please refer to the diagram below.

A reminder to please complete your registration for the upcoming Sports Ministry events ahead of time. Secure your spot before the event date!

Administration Department

Starting in April, the Administration Department will clean out the lost and found collection box in the first week of each month to reduce hygiene issues caused by the long-term accumulation of unclaimed clothing and various items.

Please be informed that the project will commence soon and will be carried out in different zones. As the Gym and parts of the Sanctuary do not have suspended ceilings, construction work in these areas will generate dust and noise, making them unsuitable for activities during this period.
Due to the project’s nature and unpredictable weather, we may give less than a week’s notice for venue usage suspension. We appreciate your attention to this matter and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Harry (facilities@tccc.ca).
General Management

The General Management Committee is recruiting new members. If you are committed to serving the church in planning and execution of the repair and renovation work, please contact the Facilities and Property Manager, Harry (facilities@tccc.ca) or Deacon Terence Lui (littlebrothertlui@hotmail.com)

Prayer

Please pray for our baptism candidate, Joshua Wen, as they profess their faith and step out in obedience to the Lord. Pray that the Lord will establish their steps and guide them to be fruitful disciples in their Christian journey.

Mandarin Congregation

Pray for God’s guidance and wisdom in the planning of the May 16–18th congregational retreat, and for His grace at work in the hearts of those preparing for baptism and church membership on April 5, that they would be rooted in faith and ready to take this next step in following Christ. Also, pray for the upcoming “Streams of Life” Sunday School starting in April, that through it, God’s Word would deepen and strengthen the spiritual lives of all who participate.

Cantonese Congregation

Pray that during the Lent season, the Holy Spirit would guide and illuminate our hearts, renewing our spiritual lives, and pray also for the Cantonese pastoral team—that the Lord would grant strength and resilience to our pastors, staff, and their families, caring for them physically, emotionally, and spiritually—while asking that God’s Word would continue to cultivate and grow the spiritual lives of our brothers and sisters through the Stream of Life sermon-based groups.

105 Gibson

We thank God for moving many volunteers to serve in different roles at 105 Gibson Centre. We pray that through April’s Volunteer Appreciation Week in Ontario, along with our centre’s appreciation and training initiatives, we may express our gratitude and affirmation to them. May the Lord bless them physically, emotionally, and spiritually, and inspire more people to respond to community needs and become a blessing to others.

What's Happening Today

Easter Baptism will take place today, April 5th! We will be celebrating the baptism of Joshua Wen! Let’s keep them in our prayers as we look forward to this beautiful day.

Membership Interest Form

Join us at our fourth The Gathering Table (TGT) on April 29th! We know it can be hard to really get to know one another after Sunday service. So this dinner is intentionally created for meaningful conversation, shared laughter, and a space to slow down and deepen connections within our English congregation. You’re also always welcome to bring a friend!
We’re looking for volunteers! You can indicate your interest in volunteering when you register for the event. If you have any questions, please contact communications@tccc.ca

ACEM News

Jen (Israel, OM Israel)
Please pray for Jen, as her flight tickets have been cancelled once again and she must reschedule for a later date. May the Lord give her patience, peace, and clear direction during this unexpected delay. Give thanks that, through technology and digital platforms, she can continue ministering to her team in Israel. Pray that God will sustain their efforts and use their ongoing ministry.

Field Visitation Trips (FVT) Subsidy Applications for 2026
We sincerely thank our brothers and sisters for their understanding and support regarding mission offerings over the past few years. To steward missions resources more effectively, and after careful and ongoing consideration, the Missions Committee has made the following decisions regarding FVT funding:

  • The funding arrangement for 2026 FVT teams will continue the adjustments implemented in 2025. All approved applications will receive a uniform 10% adjustment to the funding amount.
  • The Missions Committee has revised the eligible claim items for FVT funding, as outlined in Missions Policy Addendum II. Please note the updated arrangements.
  • All 2026 FVT applications must be submitted to ACEM on or before April 30, 2026. Applications submitted after the deadline will be considered at the end of 2026, subject to the availability of remaining FVT funds.

These arrangements will be in effect from January 1 to December 31, 2026, and will be reviewed at the end of 2026. May God strengthen the hearts of our brothers and sisters for missions, undeterred by external circumstances. Please continue to pray for the missions ministry, asking the Lord to guide and protect, and that the seeds of the Gospel may be sown among all nations.
