Notice of Special General Meeting

The Special General Meeting of Toronto Christian Community Church will be held on Sunday December 10th, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be conducted in English at the Church Main Sanctuary.

Actions:

ADVANCE VOTING – By Mail or Drop-Off
- Advance voting will be via paper ballots sent by mail or drop-off, arriving at the church mail box no later than 5:00 p.m. on Friday December 8th.
- It is important that you do not put your name on the ballot. Please put the completed ballot in an envelope and PRINT your name (in both English and Chinese if you have any), phone number and congregation on the envelope. Unfilled ballots and envelopes are available in the welcome desk of our Church. It is also available for download in our Church website
ADVANCE VOTING – On Site
- Membership Committee will set up booth in the Church Atrium on Sunday November 26th and December 3rd, 2023 between 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Brothers and sisters and take advantage the set up to vote as well as to re-instate their membership
VOTE ON SITE IN THE SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
- Members can vote on site at the Church during the Special General Meeting on December 10th at 2:00 pm.

Call in Order and proof of notice;
To approve June 11st, 2023 Annual General Meeting minutes;
To approve 2024 church budget with $2,217,000 (Acadia) and $1,396,548 (Gibson);
To elect Deacons / Deaconesses for 2024-2025

Membership Status:

A booth will also be set up in the church atrium on November 26th and December 3th, 2023 between 9:00 am and 12:45 pm to address any concerns on membership status.

A zoom session will be held on Thursday November 23, 2023 @ 8:00 pm. Our Treasurer, Brian Fu will host the Q&A session to answer to your questions
