TCCC 43rd Membership Meeting – December 2, 2018

Notice of our 43^rd Membership Meeting 

Our 43^rd Membership Meeting  for all TCCC members is to be held at the Side Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on December 2^nd , 2018 to vote on the following motions proposed by the ECB :

1) To approve September 16^th, 2018 the 42^nd Membership Meeting (SGM) minutes;

2) To approve the 2019 Budget;

3) To elect the 2019-2020 deacon(s), with candidates from English (Nick Hui, Walter Lum, Clement Rumyee), Cantonese (Kam Chan, Peter Chan, George Chui, Priscilla Kwok, Cathy Wu, Winnie Ma), and Mandarin (Heping Hou, Lily Liu, Donald Meng, Paul Wang, Gloria Yuen) congregations.

A copy of the 42^nd Membership meeting (SGM) minutes, the 2019 Budget, membership list, information of the candidates, sample ballot, and the Membership Meeting agenda is posted on the church bulletin board for your review. Please direct any comments on the candidates to Deacon Terence Lui by letter or by phone (416-903-2863) before November 25^th.

The 2019 Finance budget Q&A session will be held on Nov 25^th  from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. in the gym. For details, please contact deaconess Winnie Ma (winnie.mw.yu@gmail.com).

Advance voting will be conducted on November 21^st & 28^th (Wed.) in the Library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., and on December 2^nd (Sun.) in the Gym (For Cantonese and English congregations) and in 105 Gibson Centre (For Mandarin congregation), from 9:30 a.m. to 1:15 p.m.
